My name is Mark Wagner. I am an independent software engineer, developer, and hands-on architect. I spent many years during the middle of my career as an IT manager but my passion is working as a technologist solving technical problems with well designed, sound solutions. I am a delivery agent with an eye for robust, clean, functional designs that exceed client expectations.
